Handmade with Care

Since each Tryb3 piece is handmade to order with love and attention to detail, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@tryb3.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by repairing the item or creating a replacement.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. We work closely with you during the creation process to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your handmade pieces:

• Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
• Lay flat to dry to maintain shape
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Avoid hanging heavy items to prevent stretching
